According to the fifth section of the statute, the company’s board of directors consists of seven members. The term of office of the company’s board of directors is two years, and if it expires, the former managers will continue to be responsible for managing the company’s affairs until the new managers are elected.   • Mr. Mohammad Amin Maruji, on behalf of the Vista Melal Hotels Group, to the position of a member of the board of directors
  • Mr. Khalil Akbari Shandiz, on behalf of Astan Quds Razavi Cultural and Sports Institute, as a member of the Board of Directors.
